Studio Manager – YogaSix Riverstone

As one of the fastest-growing boutique fitness brands in the country, we’re looking for a General Manager who’s ready to take ownership and lead from the front.

Position Overview

The Studio Manager is the heartbeat of the studio. You’ll lead a team of Wellness Advisors and Teachers, drive membership sales, manage operations, and build a strong, positive culture. This is a hands-on, people-focused role where you’re responsible for the studio’s overall performance, member experience, and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Membership Growth

• Lead the studio to hit monthly membership and revenue goals
• Oversee lead generation, sales presentations, and member retention strategies

Build & Develop a High-Performing Team

• Recruit, hire, train, and coach Wellness Advisors
• Support and develop the Teacher team
• Create a culture of accountability, positivity, and excellence

Lead Local Marketing Efforts

• Execute grassroots outreach, partnerships, and events
• Support social media and community engagement initiatives
• Represent YogaSix Riverstone within the local community

Deliver an Exceptional Member Experience

• Ensure every member and guest feels welcomed and supported
• Oversee class quality, front-desk operations, and studio cleanliness

Oversee Daily Studio Operations

• Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and reporting
• Track KPIs to ensure the studio is performing at its highest level
• Maintain alignment with YogaSix brand standards

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience (fitness/wellness preferred)
• Strong sales background with proven ability to hit targets
• Experience managing, motivating, and developing a team
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• A passion for health, fitness, and helping people improve their lives
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (weekdays, evenings, some weekends)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
